Unleash Your Ego in Ōsaka! TV Anime “Blue Lock” x JR Tōkai “Oshi Tabi” Collaboration Event Announced
A collaboration event between the TV anime *Blue Lock* and Tōkai Passenger Railway (JR Tōkai)’s “Oshi Tabi” (Fan Trip) initiative, titled “JR Tōkai × TV Anime 『Blue Lock』 Egoism Zenkai de Ōsaka wo Asobi Tsukuse!” (which can be translated as “JR Tōkai × TV Anime 『Blue Lock』 Unleash Your Ego to Play in Ōsaka!”), has been announced. This exciting event is set to run from July 2nd to August 17th, 2025, taking place aboard the Tōkaidō Shinkansen and at various facilities in Ōsaka City. Fans can look forward to enjoying original voice dramas exclusive to the Shinkansen, participating in a stamp rally around Ōsaka, and getting their hands on original merchandise featuring collaboration illustrations.

About “Blue Lock”
*Blue Lock* is a soccer manga serialized in Kōdansha’s “Shōnen Magazine,” based on the original story by Kaneshiro Muneyuki and illustrated by Nomura Yuusuke. The story is set within the “Blue Lock” project (known as “Ao no Kangoku” or “Blue Prison”), a controversial training facility aiming to cultivate the world’s best striker to lead Japan to World Cup victory. It follows the journey of protagonist Isagi Yoichi and 300 other high school students invited to the facility as they survive a ruthless selection process, sometimes eliminating others, sometimes evolving themselves.
The series has achieved global success, surpassing 40 million copies in cumulative print run and winning the Boys’ Category at the 45th Kōdansha Manga Award. Furthermore, the official flagship exhibition for the TV anime, “Blue Lock Exhibition EGOIST EXHIBITION the animation,” is currently running since April 2025, with plans to tour 8 cities nationwide including Tōkyō and Ōsaka, demonstrating the ever-growing popularity of the series.

Event Highlights: Voice Drama and Stamp Rally
In this collaboration event, “JR Tōkai × TV Anime 『Blue Lock』 Egoism Zenkai de Ōsaka wo Asobi Tsukuse!,” passengers can listen to original voice dramas featuring the characters exclusively while aboard the running Tōkaidō Shinkansen during the event period.

Listening to these voice dramas, specially recorded for this project, will earn you one “Original Smartphone Wallpaper” per day, randomly selected from a total of 10 types. Additionally, by presenting the boarding certificate issued after listening to the voice drama at Animate Ōsaka Nipponbashi, you can receive an “Original Voice CD.”

Furthermore, a digital stamp rally will be held where participants can tour various checkpoints in Ōsaka City while enjoying recorded original voice dramas. There are a total of 6 checkpoints: one during the Shinkansen ride and five in Ōsaka City. By collecting stamps from 5 or more locations and visiting Animate Ōsaka Nipponbashi, you can receive one “Original Clear File & Poster Set,” randomly selected from 10 types.
Those who manage to complete all 6 stamp locations can enter a lottery for a chance to win one of three types of “Original Posters with Cast Signatures.” This is definitely something fans will want to challenge themselves with! As a bonus, a photo spot will also be set up at one of the checkpoints, Umeda Sky Building.
