Which Characters Look Good in Yukata? Survey Deadline: June 26 [#Yukata no Hi]

Get Ready for Summer! Who Looks Best in a Yukata? Annual Reader Survey Starts!

July 7th is “Yukata Day”. This commemorative day was established by the Japan Yukata Federation. Furthermore, August 4th is also designated as “Yukata Day”, set by the Kinosaki Onsen Tourism Association in Kinosaki-cho, Hyogo Prefecture, in connection with the Kinosaki Furusato Festival.

Yukata, which evoke a sense of Japanese elegance, are outfits that can bring out a character’s new charm. In anime, they are often depicted in special scenes like summer festivals and fireworks displays, and we’ll likely see them more as the season approaches.

Therefore, Anime! Anime! is holding its annual reader survey titled “Who do you think looks best in a yukata?”. Please provide the character and series name you have in mind in a free-response format, separately for male and female characters.

*The survey targets characters appearing in 2D content, including anime works (TV broadcasts, movies, streaming, OVA, etc.), games, CD series, and manga.
