Which Characters Suit the Sea? Survey Deadline July 10 [#Umi no Hi]

Marine Day in 2025 falls on July 21st.

Marine Day is a national holiday established in 1996, observed annually on the third Monday of July.

In anime, we often encounter characters who are a perfect fit for the sea. Perhaps they are incredibly skilled swimmers, hold qualifications like lifesavers or scuba divers, or maybe they are sailors traversing ports worldwide…

Therefore, Anime! Anime! is once again conducting its annual reader survey titled “Characters Who Fit the Sea?”, following last year’s tradition. Please provide the character and title you think fit this description in a free response format.

※The survey covers characters appearing in 2D content such as anime works (TV broadcasts, movies, streaming, OVA, etc.), games, CD series, and manga.
※Please limit your responses to one per person.
Basic information such as gender and age are optional fields, and you can leave them unanswered. Feel free to participate!

The deadline is July 10th. We will publish the survey results as soon as they are compiled. Look forward to them!
