What Anime Songs Do You Want to Hear in Summer? Survey Deadline is July 14
Anime! Anime! is conducting a reader survey titled “What are your go-to ‘Summer Tune’ anime songs?” for the first time in three years. The deadline is July 14.
July 25th marks “Kakigoori Day”.
This sweet, icy treat’s special day comes from a playful reading of its alternative name, “Natsugoori” (夏氷), where “na (7)” + “tsu (2)” + “go (5)” sounds like “Natsugoori”. It also commemorates the date in 1933 when Japan recorded its highest-ever temperature at the time.
With the heat of summer, many anime songs just feel perfect to listen to! From tracks that capture the carefree spirit of the season to exciting, upbeat numbers that get your heart racing, and of course, the memorable theme songs from summer anime series – the variety is endless.
That’s why Anime! Anime! is bringing back our reader survey, asking “What are your go-to ‘Summer Tune’ anime songs?” for the first time in three years! We’re asking for free responses, so please share the song title, artist name, and the anime title you associate it with.
※ Eligible songs include theme songs, character songs, background music, etc., related to anime works (TV broadcast, movies, streaming, OVA, etc.).
※ Please limit your responses to one per person.
Basic information like gender and age are optional fields and can be left unanswered. Everyone is welcome to participate!
The deadline to submit your response is July 14th. We’ll publish the results as soon as they’re compiled, so look forward to seeing what everyone picked!
