The second theatrical film in the series, titled `Gekijouban Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken Soukai no Namida-hen` (which can be translated as “Azure Tears Chapter”), is officially set to hit theaters on February 27, 2026. This movie promises a completely new storyline, crafted from original ideas and under the full supervision of the original author, Fuse-sensei. Dive into “Azure Tears”

The newly announced `Gekijouban Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken Soukai no Namida-hen` is the second movie in the series. It features an entirely original story conceived and supervised by the original author, Fuse-sensei. The narrative kicks off after Rimuru and his companions wrap up the founding festival of the Jura Tempest Federation. They receive an invitation from Emperor Elmesia of the Elven superpower, the Salion Magic Dynasty, and visit her private resort island.

Sun-drenched landscapes, delicious food, fun shopping… Rimuru and company were looking forward to a relaxing vacation. However, a mysterious woman named Yura appears, and suspicious dark shadows begin to creep in. The teaser trailer released hints that “something big is about to happen again,” showing a determined Rimuru confronting an unknown threat.

あわせてお披露目となったキービジュアル第1弾には、目の前に広がる波が渦巻く海に乗り出すリムルとゴブタの姿と共に、謎の女性ユラと「魔導王朝サリオン」の天帝エルメシアの姿が描かれた。
“目覚めの時 蒼き祈りが想いをつなぐ”のキャッチコピーもあしらわれているが、はたして何が目覚め、誰のどんな想いがつながっていくのだろうか。果てなく広がる蒼海を舞台に、新たな事件が巻き起こる『劇場版 転生したらスライムだった件 蒼海の涙編』に期待が膨らむ。

The first key visual was also unveiled, showcasing Rimuru and Gobuta sailing out onto a vast, swirling sea. They are joined by the enigmatic woman Yura and Emperor Elmesia of the Salion Magic Dynasty.
