Music and cooking are Ben’s great loves, and he’s never really paid much mind to his appearance before. However, as he enters the tumultuous waters of adolescence and becomes keenly aware of his classmate, Klara, he starts to scrutinize his looks and the burgeoning turbulence of his own heart. Driven by these new feelings, he even attempts dieting, pouring his unspoken emotions, bubbling up from deep within his chest, into the vibrant music he creates and performs with his trusted companions.

Yet, the path to self-acceptance and love isn’t always smooth for Ben. Despite trying various methods like restrictive diets and rigorous exercise, his weight doesn’t decrease as he had hoped, leading to growing anxiety, immense pressure, and even bizarre nightmares. To add to his woes, a special cake he baked with all his heartfelt feelings for Klara, a true masterpiece of his culinary skills, tragically crumbles due to an unfortunate mishap on the way to deliver it.

As Ben wallows in his dejection, a beacon of hope arrives in the form of encouraging words from his father’s friend, Sofie: “If you’re brave enough, you can overcome anything.” This pivotal moment inspires Ben to gradually regain his positive outlook and embrace resilience.
