About Kimetsu no Yaiba
Kimetsu no Yaiba is an anime series based on the captivating manga by Gotouge Koyoharu, which was serialized in Shueisha’s “Jump Comics.” With all 23 volumes published, the manga has achieved an astonishing cumulative circulation of over 220 million copies. The poignant story follows Kamado Tanjiro, a young boy whose family is tragically murdered by demons. To restore his sister, Kamado Nezuko, who was transformed into a demon, back to her human form, he bravely enlists in the Demon Slayer Corps (Kisatsutai) and embarks on a perilous journey to fight against the demonic forces. The series has garnered immense popularity for its heartfelt narrative exploring the intricate bonds between humans and demons, its exhilarating sword fighting sequences, a cast of charming and memorable characters, and its delightful sprinkle of comical moments.
The Anime Series So Far

Building on this legacy, Gekijouban “Kimetsu no Yaiba” Mugenjou-hen has been officially announced as a three-part cinematic saga, with “Dai Isshou Akaza Sairai” having premiered on July 18th. This epic film sets the stage for the ultimate confrontation between the Demon Slayer Corps and the demons, taking place within the ominous stronghold known as the Infinity Castle (Mugenjou).
