To commemorate the release of its enhanced SCREENX, 4DX, and ULTRA 4DX versions, titled Mo~tto Tsunagaru! KING OF PRISM-Your Endless Call-minna kirameke! Prism☆Tours, a special stage greeting event was held on August 23, 2025, at Yokohama Burg 13. This marked the first time the formidable “Three Strong” characters—Norizuki Jin, Himuro Hijiri, and Kurokawa Rei—gathered in public for this series. These iconic roles are brought to life by the talented voice actors Miki Shinichirou (Norizuki Jin), Seki Toshihiko (Himuro Hijiri), and Morikubo Shoutarou (Kurokawa Rei), whose cover performances of songs composed by Komuro Tetsuya and their dynamic CG live sequences have been a major highlight. General Director Hishida Masakazu also graced the stage, joining the star-studded lineup.

An Electrifying Entrance and Energetic Greetings

The cast and director were met with an explosion of enthusiastic cheers from the packed audience as they made their grand entrance. Miki Shinichirou, playing the role of Norizuki Jin, immediately captured the fans’ hearts with his greeting, saying, “It’s a short time today, but I humbly ask for your kind support. Glorious Schwarz!!” The audience responded with an overwhelming chorus of “Glorious Schwarz! Glorious Schwarz! Glorious Schwarz!”
Following this, Seki Toshihiko, the voice of Himuro Hijiri, struck a gun-shooting pose as he declared, “The glitter of Prism, for you! Please enjoy today, Bang!” Morikubo Shoutarou, playing Kurokawa Rei, then charmed the crowd with his unique character-inspired greeting, “Today, I have something I want to tell everyone… 1, 2, 3, Cool!” The venue instantly erupted into a frenzy of excitement. General Director Hishida also expressed his enthusiasm, proudly stating, “Today, I’ve come wearing the ‘Three Strong’ T-shirt that just arrived this morning!” With these spirited opening remarks, the stage greeting officially began.

Stepping into Immersive Entertainment

The event began with the MC explaining the various formats: SCREENX, 4DX, and ULTRA 4DX. Surprisingly, the cast members revealed that they hadn’t experienced any of them yet! It was shared that they had just been discussing going together backstage. General Director Hishida then elaborated on the allure of SCREENX, explaining, “In addition to the main screen, there are also images projected on the left and right screens… It truly makes you feel like you’re right inside the world of a Prism Show!” Upon hearing this, the cast couldn’t help but exclaim in admiration, “This truly is immersive entertainment!”

Unveiling the Charms of the “Three Strong”

For those new to the “Three Strong” characters or curious about them, the voice actors were asked to share their perspectives on each character’s appeal. Miki Shinichirou, speaking about Norizuki Jin, warmly described him as “a very devoted person, I believe. He’s also extremely serious, and someone who encompasses various things. In short, I really love Jin!”

Seki Toshihiko offered his thoughts on Himuro Hijiri, stating, “From my perspective, he’s a bit of a workaholic, and perhaps a little insensitive to things outside of his work. However, when women see him like that, they might instinctively feel they need to help him.”

Morikubo Shoutarou then shared his insights on Kurokawa Rei, explaining, “Hijiri-san embodies the orthodox athlete, and Jin possesses an idol-like charisma. On the other hand, I felt that Rei has something akin to an indie spirit. I personally resonated with that indie spirit myself.”

Behind-the-Scenes Secrets: Song Choices and Performances

Amidst these insightful comments from the voice actors, each offering a unique glimpse into their individual characters, a special segment was dedicated to asking General Director Hishida those burning questions the cast had always wondered, such as “What did that really mean?” or “What was the intention behind this?”
Miki Shinichirou posed a question regarding how the songs were allocated among the characters. General Director Hishida promptly revealed a fascinating behind-the-scenes tidbit: “Actually, there was an initial plan to reverse the characters singing ‘Get Wild’ and ‘Koishisa to Setsunasa to Kokoro Tsuyosa to’. However, after various discussions, we decided to ask Miki-san (Jin) to perform the song with a more melancholic feel.”

He continued, “When it came to performances, there was also an idea that Jin’s style should be more classical. For Hijiri, I personally said I wasn’t sure (laughs), but the staff on site suggested that an operatic style might be better.” This lively discussion unveiled more details about the production process. The Director further explained that the songs were chosen by the entire staff, carefully matching each character’s image. He also shared a charming anecdote: backstage, Miki Shinichirou had mentioned that “Koishisa to Setsunasa to Kokoro Tsuyosa to” resonated deeply with him, making it a fitting choice.

When asked about the appeal of the upcoming SCREENX, 4DX, and ULTRA 4DX versions, General Director Hishida enthusiastically shared, “With SCREENX, it’s not just about having screens on both sides; I believe you’ll truly experience the distinct differences in the ‘Three Strong’s’ shows. For 4DX, the seats move, so Rei’s performance is even more intense than usual, Jin moves with incredible fluidity and grace, and Hijiri offers amusement, like being ‘shot by a gun.’ I think everyone will thoroughly enjoy these unique differences.”

Komuro Tetsuya’s Surprise Message and Fan Enthusiasm

At this point, a special message was introduced from Komuro Tetsuya, the acclaimed composer of the original songs covered in this film. Amidst cries of surprise and joy from the audience, the MC read out his comment (the full text of which is available below). After the message, Morikubo Shoutarou playfully nudged Miki Shinichirou, saying, “Miki-san, he says he still wants you to sing more!” Miki bashfully replied, “I don’t think he means me…” only to be met with fervent cheers of “Sing!” and thunderous applause from the audience. Overwhelmed by the immense passion from the fans, Miki was visibly flustered and humorously conceded, “I’ll talk to my agency about it later…”

Heartfelt Farewell and Future Hopes

As the stage greeting drew to a close, each guest offered their final remarks. With the Mo~tto Tsunagaru! version boasting even more power-ups and unique highlights compared to the 2D version, anticipating further box office success, General Director Hishida concluded, “In this film, the distance between Jin and Hijiri has gradually grown closer. I hope to be able to fully depict their relationship, so I kindly ask for your continued support.”

Morikubo Shoutarou shared, “I once secretly attended a cheering screening, and I wondered… how is it that everyone’s voices align so perfectly, as if you’ve all rehearsed? But then I realized that the ability for everyone to become one like that is truly the power of this work. Seeing all your expressions deeply moved me. If I get the chance in the future, I intend to throw myself into it even more!”

Following him, Seki Toshihiko humorously remarked, “In my generation, when we talk about the ‘Three Strong,’ what comes to mind are Godzilla, Mothra, and King Ghidorah (laughs). I’m not saying who’s who, but perhaps Morikubo-san is Godzilla, Seki-san is Mothra, and Miki-san is King Ghidorah? I truly believe that fan activities can save the world, so please continue to passionately support KinPuri!”

Miki Shinichirou concluded the event with a heartfelt message: “Standing here today, and being entrusted with the voice of Jin, I genuinely feel it was a wonderful experience. I had been wondering, “Why are so many songs related to me appearing at the top of the music charts recently?” But now I understand that your singing, coupled with the theatrical release, and the buzz on social media, have all combined to create this incredible excitement, resulting in the chart domination!
Though a bit belated, I also watched the theatrical version, and I truly felt that experiencing it with the audience and the superb sound system of the cinema is the best way to enjoy it. It gave me the impression of being a grand culmination, a festival with loud volumes, enthusiastic cheering, and a participation-style, almost immersive experience.
There are many forms of immersion these days, but I also felt that the deliberate commitment to the 2D world, or rather, its classic appeal, allowed this work to showcase the true power of the voice actors. Indeed, the skill of the voice actors truly breathes life into the visuals!
