The Eight Imperial Ninjas and Their Leader
Taking on the role of Kamisai Sanzou, the “Chief” who commands the “Eight Imperial Ninjas” and is the strongest and oldest ninja, having lived since the Edo period, is a remarkable feat. This complex character will be portrayed by a total of seven voice actors, each lending their unique talent to Kamisai Sanzou’s various forms: Morikawa Toshiyuki, Ono Kensho, Higashiuchi Mariko, Sanpei Yuuki, Machiyama Serina, Volcano Oota, and Kanemoto Hisako.
Tanaka Shinoba’s master and the creator of the “Anba” technique, Riba Kaisaku, will be voiced by Ohtsuka Hochu. The remaining members of the “Eight Imperial Ninjas” include Uchida Yuma as Matsushita Haruhi, Hanazawa Kana as Yamada Iro, Furukawa Makoto as Hasegawa Satora, Yasunaga Hiroki as Jaki Uryu, and Iguchi Yuka as Otaka Tosome.

I’ve read the original manga, of course. There’s no way I could just pass by such an incredibly hot work. And then later I heard it was getting an anime adaptation. My first thought was, “Are they serious?” (laughs). And now I get to be involved, it made me feel like I wanted to run barefoot through Tokyo. I intend to live in this world with this heat, no, this passionate intensity in my heart. Please treat me well.
Iguchi Yuka (Otaka Tosome)
Tosome-chan’s appearance and way of speaking are unique (I’ve never met a triple-tail girl before!), and her personality is so strong that I was captivated from the moment I saw her! Despite her cute appearance, she’s the greatest genius scientist in the story! Or rather, she’s a huge fujoshi, and she leads a group of incredibly handsome men (the Ninja Craft Bishounen Corps), so she’s a character with amazing range, which made me very excited about how to play her! But somehow I felt a slight connection to her myself, so I approached the role intending to play her freely and enjoyably! I’m joining partway through, but please take care of me! Da-de.
Mamiya Yasuhiro (Yumezawa Kousei)

The energy from everyone at the recording was very high… It was a wonderful set where an atmosphere that felt like being drawn in was created.
