Six of Tezuka Osamu’s iconic works, including Tetsuwan Atomu and Black Jack, are now available as adorable retro goods! Sales began today on EC sites like “DRECOM SHOP” and “Tezuka Osamu World Official Online SHOP.”
The Enduring Legacy of Tezuka Osamu
“Manga no Kamisama” (God of Manga), Tezuka Osamu, created an incredible approximately 700 works since his debut in 1946. Even more than 30 years after his passing, Tezuka’s works retain their timeless appeal, offering fresh discoveries and delving into social issues relevant to our modern world, as well as the depths of human nature.
Introducing the Retro Goods Collection
This time, six specific works have been selected for this special release: Tetsuwan Atomu, Black Jack, Jungle Taitei, Hi no Tori, Ribbon no Kishi, and Fushigi na Merumo. A total of 16 new original goods are available, including T-shirts that glow with a camera flash and unique can-shaped glasses.
