Her dream for the future is to become a pastry chef. As a beloved member of the Sanrio Characters lineup, she continues to capture the hearts of many fans as she celebrates her monumental 50th debut anniversary.

Kuromi: The Mischievous Yet Girly Rival

Kuromi might appear to be a bit of a ruffian, but beneath that tough exterior, she’s actually a very girly character! Debuting in 2005, she proudly proclaims herself as “My Melody’s rival” and absolutely adores handsome guys. Born on Halloween (October 31st), her charm points are her signature black hood and the cute pink skull emblem. Her favorite food is rakkyoo (pickled scallions), and her hobby is diligently keeping a diary. She’s also quite engrossed in romance novels, and her favorite color is black. Kuromi is tirelessly working towards her ambitious goal of “Kuromifying” the entire world!
