On October 24th, a special emergency broadcast featuring the entire cast of MELLOW DEAR US was aired. The recording took place at Haneda Airport, and the broadcast notably included elaborately produced insert footage of the cast relaxing inside an airplane during their introduction. The show was hosted by Nakajima Yoshiki, known for voicing Nagumo Tetora, who guided the discussion through various topics, including member introductions, anecdotes from song recordings, and the cast members’ hobbies.
During a segment about the auditions, Nakajima Yoshiki revealed that the challenging nature of the audition songs had become a hot topic even among existing Ensemble Stars!! cast members. The audition required contestants to perform two difficult songs: Mrs. GREEN APPLE’s “Dance Hall” and Official Hige Dandism’s “Mixed Nuts,” both in their original keys and full length.
