Kiramune Welcomes New Unit IXIS and Announces Kiramune Music Festival 2026!
Exciting news for fans of the entertainment label Kiramune! During a fan club event held on November 16, the debut of a brand-new unit, IXIS (pronounced Ikushisu), was officially announced. But that’s not all – a major live event, “Kiramune Music Festival 2026,” is also set to take place in May 2026, promising an unforgettable experience for attendees.

A Grand Debut at Kiramune Fan Meeting in Takasaki
The “Kiramune Fan Meeting in TAKASAKI” fan club event took place on November 16 at the Gunma Ongaku Center. During this special gathering, it was revealed that Kiramune would be welcoming a new unit into its family for the first time in approximately eight years.
The group’s name, IXIS, is a creative portmanteau combining the name of the flower “Ixia” with “SIX,” representing the unit’s six members. The Ixia flower itself is composed of six petals and carries the flower language meaning of “unity.” This heartfelt name symbolizes the six members’ commitment to work together and strive for success.

This large-scale live event, featuring many artists from the Kiramune label, is scheduled for two days: May 9 (Saturday) and May 10 (Sunday), 2026, at the iconic Yokohama Arena.
