Comments from the Cast and Staff
Saimori Miyo voice actress: Ueda Reina

I was so eager to see what Miyo, who has now learned to accept both being loved and loving in return, would experience next with her husband in the anime! So, when I heard about the new anime project, I was absolutely delighted. As I read through the script, I couldn’t help but smile at the adorable interactions and the sweet atmosphere between Miyo and Kiyoka. It really reaffirmed my belief that one of the wonderful aspects of “Watakon” (a common abbreviation for `Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon`) is how it allows us to savor not just the sweetness, but also the bittersweet moments. I will do my utmost to convey the charm of this new work, and I hope everyone looks forward to its completion!
Kudou Kiyoka voice actor: Ishikawa Kaito

With the announcement of the `Tokubetsupen`, my gratitude for all of your support knows no bounds. Throughout the TV anime series, the bond between Miyo and Kiyoka has only deepened. The thought of getting to see what happens next is incredibly exciting for me. I encourage everyone to pay close attention to how the story of these two, who have overcome various hardships, will continue to unfold from here on!
