Voice Actor Kimura Subaru Rises to 6th Place in 2025 TV Appearance Ranking!
Media research and analysis firm Nihon Monitor has unveiled its “2025 Talent <Kanto/Kansai> Program Appearance Ranking,” compiled from television program appearance data from January to November 2025. This year, the incredibly popular voice actor Kimura Subaru impressively secured the 6th spot.
A Star Among Comedians: Kimura Subaru’s Remarkable Achievement
Topping the charts was Shitara Osamu of Banana Man, with an astounding 533 program appearances. Following him were other prominent comedians and hosts: Sawabe Yu (Haraichi), Kawashima Akira (Kirin), Hirako Yuuki (Alco & Peace), and Yamasato Ryouta (Nankai Candies). Amidst this lineup of established comedy giants, voice actor Kimura Subaru rose to an impressive 6th place!
Kimura-san captivated audiences across 456 programs. He’s a familiar face as “Suba-nii,” the main MC for the popular children’s show “Oha Suta!” Monday through Friday. Beyond that, he’s a regular on “Hirunandesu!” every Thursday and shines as an MC or guest on various other programs like “MLB SHOW-TIME,” “Dosta,” “Gu~tasan,” and “THE Toppa File.” And, of course, he’s globally recognized for his long-standing role in the beloved anime, **Doraemon**.

Beyond the Microphone: Drama, CMs, and Stage Performances
Kimura-san’s talents aren’t limited to voice acting and variety shows; he’s also making significant strides in live-action television. He’s currently appearing as Utsumi Kei in the NTV Saturday drama “Yoi Koto Warui Koto,” which began airing in October.
