Cosplayer Enako Greets the Year of the Horse on the Cover of Shuukan Shounen Champion
The New Year’s 4+5 combined issue of Akita Shoten’s weekly shounen manga magazine “Shuukan Shounen Champion”, featuring cosplayer and talent Enako on the cover and in the lead gravure spread, went on sale on December 25th, 2025.
This appearance marks Enako’s 24th time gracing the pages of Shuukan Shounen Champion, solidifying her record as the talent with the most appearances by a huge margin. Checking out Enako’s horse-themed gravure (a nod to 2026’s zodiac animal, the Horse) is sure to start your new year off on the right hoof!
Regarding her gravure feature, Enako commented, “I’m really happy! As the talent with the most covers, I want Akita Shoten to put my photo on their wall! Since it’s the Year of the Horse, I’ll be galloping full speed ahead through 2026, too!!”
