Sanrio Puroland is painting the town in every hue with its special event “Colorful Puroland,” running from January 16 to March 16, 2026. This vibrant celebration is packed with exciting plans, including special greetings with the delightfully tsundere Kuromi and photo spots inspired by the hit musical ‘Tennis no Ouji-sama’ (also known as The Prince of Tennis).
The theme is all about “color,” and your favorite Sanrio characters are stepping out in their signature shades to make this event a visual feast. Located in Tama City, Tokyo, this indoor theme park is transforming into a kaleidoscope of moe and kawaii experiences.
Colorful Puroland House: Immerse Yourself in Your Favorite Hue
At the Entertainment Hall, you’ll find the “Colorful Puroland House,” featuring immersive photo spots called “Oshiiro Chararoom” (Favorite Color Character Rooms). Choose a room in your favorite color and snap pics that make it look like you’re hanging out with the characters!

There’s also a set of “Giant Advertisement-style★Oshiiro Wall & Oshiiro Nobori Flags” in ten colors. Strike a matching pose with a character, face them for a cute shot, or take a selfie—there are countless ways to play with color! Don’t miss the large heart-shaped arch at the entrance or the plushie & mirror photo spots.

Ado Rosā Torumarī’s Special Room: A Unique Collaboration
A special room for “Ado Rosā Torumarī,” the experimental bipedal creative proprietary entity born from a collaboration with singer Ado, will also make an appearance.

This ties into a birthday plan for Ado Rosā Torumarī, who celebrates on March 8, 2026. Plus, from March 1 to 16, they’re scheduled to appear in the pre-show for “The Quest of Wonders Parade.”
Colorful Puroland Special Greeting: Meet the Characters in Style
To match the event, characters like Haro Kiti (Hello Kitty), Mai Merodi (My Melody), Kuromi, Pomu Pomu Purin (Pompompurin), Shinamorōru (Cinnamoroll), Pochakko (Pochacco), Uisshu Mī Meru (Wish Me Mell), and Baddo Batsu Maru (Bad Badtz-Maru) will don colorful costumes for a special greeting session.

Participants will receive an “Original Seal Set” as a gift, making for a bright and memorable time with the characters (paid, reservation required).
For about the first 10 minutes after the park opens, characters in these colorful outfits will also come out for the welcome greeting!

Get ready for a glittering meet-and-greet with Kuromi in a rainbow-colored special costume. This “Kirakira★Kuromi Room” greeting takes place inside the Entertainment Hall.

It’s a limited-time chance for greetings and photos in a special costume and photo spot. Participants also get an “Original Postcard” (paid, reservation required).
Tenimu 4th in Colorful Puroland: Tennis Stars Arrive!
Characters from “Musical ‘Tennis no Ouji-sama’ 4th Season: Seigaku vs Shitennōji” are coming to Puroland. Along with a photo spot featuring special visuals, original goods exclusive to Puroland will be sold.

Some designs for the “Random Bromide” set, launching on January 31, 2026, have been previewed early. The original goods lineup includes 11 types of “Random Bromide A” (Seigaku & Akutsu Jin), 16 types of “Random Bromide B” (Shitennōji & Fudōmine), and an A4-sized “Seal Set” with two sheets. It’s a perfect way to enjoy colorful Puroland with Ryōma and the gang!

A total of 22 types of limited-time original food and drink items are up for grabs!

Highlights include the “Pomu Pomu Purin’s Cheese-Covered☆Yellow Oshi Katsukare“—a European-style curry with juicy pork cutlet covered in cheese for a mature flavor. For something sweet, try “Mai Merodi’s Pink Everything Doughnut and Strawberry Milk Pudding Healing Parfait” with strawberry milk pudding and strawberries, or “Shinamorōru’s BLUE Room☆Choco Mint Crepe” featuring double cream with mint whip and white whip. Morning birds can enjoy the “Today’s Color★Morning Set ~Danish & Strawberry Petit Dessert~” which comes with an original card novelty.
