The plot follows a 35-year-old, single, and perpetually girlfriendless salaryman who gets reincarnated into another world as a young boy named Allen… starting at the absolute bottom rung as a serf. In his past life, Allen lived for the grind, despising “nurugee” (those boringly easy games) and always searching for a title that could keep him hooked for a decade or more. Now, he’s decided to live his new isekai life on the highest difficulty: “Helmode.” Armed with a unique and mysterious talent as a Summoner, Allen begins his clumsy, step-by-step quest to become the strongest. But there’s a catch—no walkthroughs, no online forums, and even leveling up is a nightmare. This new world is more “Helmode” than he ever bargained for.
