To kick things off, the full product lineup—packed with items that capture the many sides of the “guardian deity Mothra”—has just been revealed!

About the Guardian Kaiju: Mothra
Mothra is that magnificent giant moth kaiju who first graced the silver screen in the 1961 film Mothra. Known for her stunning metamorphosis from larva to cocoon to beautiful adult, she’s a protector at heart, fighting not just for her own children but for Earth and humanity too. She’s faced off against Gojira (Godzilla) in classics like Mothra vs. Godzilla (Mothra tai Gojira) and Godzilla vs. Mothra (Gojira VS Mothra), and even headlined her own series with the Heisei Mothra Trilogy starting in 1996. With her majestic presence, cute rounded face, and vibrant colors, she’s earned a massive fanbase as one of Toho’s most popular kaiju, right up there with Gojira. 2026 is a huge year—it marks Mothra’s 65th anniversary AND the 30th anniversary of the Heisei Mothra Trilogy!
