From the TV anime Sousou no Frieren (also known in English as Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End), a set of story rings inspired by the heroic party has appeared. About “Sousou no Frieren”
Sousou no Frieren is a manga series with the original story by Yamada Kanehito and art by Abe Tsukasa, serialized in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shounen Sunday. It is set in the world “after” the Demon King was defeated by the hero and his party. The story follows the journey of Frieren, an elf mage who has lived for over a thousand years and helped defeat the Demon King, and the new people she meets along the way.
With its unique timeline set “after the Demon King’s defeat,” the series captivates readers with its emotionally resonant drama, memorable lines, magical and sword-based battles, and heartwarming humor. The currently published comics have surpassed 32 million copies in cumulative worldwide sales, creating a whirlwind of popularity among manga fans.
The TV anime adaptation, whose first season aired from September 2023 to March 2024, gained a wide and passionate fanbase both in Japan and internationally, creating a huge impact. Frieren’s journey to “understand the human heart,” as she travels towards the land where souls rest, Aureole, with the mage Fern (raised by her former companion Heiter) and the warrior Stark (a disciple of another former companion, Eisen), will begin anew with Season 2, starting January 16, 2026.

・Heiter: Incorporates the design of Heiter’s collar pattern and his scripture’s cover. A yellowish-green stone emitting a soft light twinkles like the light of prayer.
・Eisen: Design motif based on Eisen’s helmet. A golden chain resembling his beard sways gently, with a red stone accent symbolizing the warrior’s pride and strength.
