About the “16 STAR SIGNS” 2025 Birthday Store

The media mix project IDOLiSH7 is currently holding the “16 STAR SIGNS 2025 Birthday Store,” a celebration for the idols’ birthdays. The final month, December, features ŹOOĻ’s Yuiga Haruka-kun and Re:vale’s Sen-kun. The Anime! Anime! editorial team went to the birthday store to join the celebration!

IDOLiSH7 is a multimedia project handled by Bandai Namco Entertainment, with the key concept of “idols growing together with their companions.” It revolves around a smartphone application game and has expanded through music, LIVE events, anime, publications, and corporate collaborations, showcasing a wide-reaching effort to create idols.

On August 20, 2025, it reached the major milestone of its 10th anniversary. The app game has delivered new story content for the “Rainbow City Chapter,” and a commemorative event is scheduled for January 2026 at Pia Arena. The long-awaited production of the anime’s fourth season has also been decided!

The “16 STAR SIGNS 2025 Birthday Store” is a store event celebrating the birthdays of the 16 idols who appear in IDOLiSH7. Exhibits and special commemorative goods sales are held according to each idol’s birth month. One of the charming features of the venue is the ability to enjoy message broadcasts from the idols and listen to their solo songs!

Haruka-kun’s Overwhelming Vocals! Sen-kun’s Talents in Composing and Acting

Haruka-kun, born December 6th, is the vocalist for ŹOOĻ. At 17, he’s the youngest in the group, but his charm lies in his overwhelming vocal prowess that captivates fans. However, his true personality is that of a sweet-toothed boy who’s kind to his grandmother. The gap between that and his cool performance on stage is irresistibly endearing. He attends the same school as IDOLiSH7’s Izumi Iori-kun and Yotsuba Tamaki-kun, and seeing them get along is heartwarming…!

Then we have Sen-kun, born December 24th, who is Momo-kun’s partner in Re:vale. At 26, he’s the oldest “big brother” among all 16 idols, including those from IDOLiSH7, TRIGGER, and ŹOOĻ. While he may appear cool at first glance, he has a cute, playful side—his laughter comes easily, and his interactions with Momo-kun are like a classic comedy duo. He’s active as an actor, having shared the screen with IDOLiSH7’s Nikaidou Yamato-kun and ŹOOĻ’s Natsume Minami-kun in dramas. On top of that, he handles composition for Re:vale, showcasing a truly multi-talented sense.

A Space Drenched in Their Signature Colors

The venue interior was bathed in the refreshing hues of Haruka-kun and Sen-kun’s signature colors. Along with their personality-filled announcements, songs like “Wonderful Octave,” “Aoku” sung by Haruka-kun and Midou Torao-kun, Haruka-kun’s solo “Labyrinth,” Sen-kun’s solo “Sennen Saki mo Zutto…,” and “Can’t Stop Emotion” sung by Sen-kun and Momo-kun were played.

Then there were the life-size panels of the two, drawing attention to their costumes and style. Seeing them with different hair arrangements than usual gave everyone a serious *kyun* moment. The past visuals displayed around the panels brought back so many memories… The managers (fans) in attendance were also enjoying themselves, gazing intently and taking photos with the mon-*nuigurumi* (character plush).

We also snapped photos of the UR [16 STAR SIGNS] costume visual panels, displayed after each birthday. This marked the last chance to see all 16 idols’ panels, and every single visual was absolutely top-tier!

There was also a full lineup of original goods, including sitting *nuigurumi* newly illustrated by Totomame-sensei and items featuring the birthday visuals. The venue-exclusive collaboration *konpeitou* (sugar candies) with Kinsuian Shimizu were “Muscat” for Haruka-kun and “Matcha Milk” for Sen-kun. Guessing what flavor each idol’s *konpeitou* would be was part of the fun!

The Birthday Store that started in January 2025 was a wonderful event where managers could celebrate alongside all 16 idols. What new sides of the idols will we encounter in 2026? What will they show us next? Let’s continue supporting them with excitement! ♪
