This event brings a fresh wave of content, featuring beloved characters like Ai, Kurokawa Akane, and MEM-cho in a limited-time gacha. Plus, the special unit “Fukahore☆One Chance!! Ruby & Aqua” will make a grand entrance via the collaboration starter pack.
What is “Oshi no Ko”?
For the uninitiated, Oshi no Ko is a massively popular manga that took a completely new angle on the entertainment industry. It was created by the powerhouse duo of Akasaka Aka (known for Kaguya-sama: Love is War) and Yokoyari Mengo (the artist behind Scum’s Wish). The story kicks off when a local gynecologist, Goro, has a fateful encounter with his “oshi” (favorite idol), Ai from the group “B-Komachi.” What follows is a thrilling and often dark tale filled with mystery, which captivated readers from the very first chapter. The original manga concluded with Chapter 166 in the 50th issue of Weekly Young Jump on November 14, 2024.
The TV anime’s first season aired in April 2023, quickly becoming a sensation. The second season, which began on July 3, 2024, focused on the characters diving into the 2.5-dimensional stage play of the in-series drama “Tokyo Blade,” following Aqua, Arima Kana, and Kurokawa Akane. The story has now advanced to a new stage with the third season, which started broadcasting on January 14, 2026.

This exciting second collab brings five fan-favorite characters from Oshi no Ko into the world of Monster Strike via a limited-time gacha: Ai, Kurokawa Akane, MEM-cho, Kotobuki Minami, and Shiranui Frill.
But that’s not all! The first collaboration’s limited gacha is also making a comeback, allowing characters like Ruby, Arima Kana, and Aqua to undergo “Beast Godification・Kai” (a special evolution). Furthermore, the collaboration quests will feature special versions of the characters, such as “Valentine Streamer MEM-cho,” “Sweet Happiness Arima Kana,” “Rookie Reporter Ruby,” “Magazine Photo Shoot Aqua,” and “Cooking Class Kurokawa Akane.”
