Located at the theme park resort Huis Ten Bosch in Nagasaki Prefecture, Miffy Wonder Square is the world’s only new area themed around Miffy. This photo report explores the area, which is a must-see for Miffy fans, featuring original rides and attractions!
This new area opened in June 2025. Amidst European-style streetscapes, you can enjoy Miffy through various experiences including attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Set Out on an Adventure with Miffy and Friends♪
There are four attractions in this area. “Miffy’s Dream Storybook” is a walk-through attraction where you feel like you’ve entered the world of a picture book with Miffy and friends. You can explore various themed “scenes” in order, take photos, and create a one-of-a-kind original picture book using those photos.
The scenes are inspired by classic Miffy picture books and illustrations, recreating spaces like “Miffy in the Snow” and “Miffy at the Zoo.” In the snow scene, you can actually feel a slight chill, and in the scene where you ride a balloon with Miffy and friends, a breeze blows as if you’re soaring through the sky, making you truly feel like you’re on an adventure with Miffy.
“Miffy’s Dream Storybook”
The outdoor “Uncle Pilot’s Flight Adventure” is an attraction where you fly through the sky with Uncle Pilot and Miffy, enjoying the European streetscapes of Huis Ten Bosch. You can control the ascent and low-altitude flight yourself, so both adults and children can feel like a pilot.
Another attraction is “Miffy & Friends’ Yacht Sailing”, which recreates the world of the animation “Miffy’s Adventures Big and Small – Miffy and the toy boat.” This is a ride attraction in the form of a yacht, with each boat carrying Miffy, Melanie, Snuffy, and other friends. As you surrender to the up-and-down motion like riding waves, you’ll strangely feel as if you’ve set sail with Miffy and friends♪ There are several white bunnies, but Miffy is just one. Try to find which boat Miffy is on!
Also, don’t miss the “Greeting Gallery” where you can spend a special moment with Miffy. Be sure to take a commemorative photo with Miffy to create a lasting memory.

Endlessly Adorable: Step into Miffy’s Kitchen♪
“Everyday Celebration Kitchen” has a colorful, party-like atmosphere that seems to leap out of a picture book. The menu lets you enjoy a “special feeling” whether it’s a special day or not.
With dishes like the “Miffy & Melanie Celebration Hamburger” featuring rice shaped like Miffy’s face, and the “Miffy Parfait from Candy Land” with a cute three-dimensional Miffy in the glass, every menu item is a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds, making it hard to choose.
Especially noteworthy is the “Miffy Celebration Cake.” This adorable pastel-colored whole cake makes any day feel special just by eating it.
Furthermore, at the takeout-only “Holiday Picnic Cafe”, seasonal menu items like the “Miffy’s Flower Meadow BOX” with sandwiches in a cute box and “Miffy’s Spring Soda” are available. If the weather is nice, eating on the terrace seats is recommended for a picnic-like experience.

Be Charmed by Stylish Goods! A Wide Selection of Merchandise
Various items are on sale at the goods shops within the area. From the “Miffy & Melanie Plush Headband” that will lift your mood when worn in the park, to the “Miffy Face Pouch” that is essentially a pouch shaped like Miffy’s face, the area is filled with adorable Miffy goods that will make you smile.

Items with simple, everyday-friendly designs like “Tote Bags” are also noteworthy. You’ll also be interested in Huis Ten Bosch-exclusive items like the “Airplane Miffy Plush Keychain” inspired by the attraction.

Until June 28, 2026, the “Miffy Celebration” event is ongoing, featuring a special parade called “Miffy & Friends Celebration Parade” and a spring-only photo spot “Miffy’s Flower Bloom Garden.”
