The Kinnikuman Ultimate Fighter Collection (KUFC) figure series is expanding with a new lineup centered on the Devil General (Akuma Shogun). Titled “Devil General Resurrection Festival,” the release includes multiple versions of the iconic villain plus other fan-favorite characters. Preorders begin on May 22, 2026 at 20:00 JST via Cyclone Joe direct sales and Cyclone Joe BASE store.
About Kinnikuman
Created by Yudetamago (author Shimada Takashi and illustrator Nakai Yoshinori), the original Kinnikuman manga debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1979. The story follows the clumsy and dimwitted Kinnikuman from Kinniku Star as he grows through effort, friendship, and victory to become the strongest in the chojin wrestling world. The series continues today in Weekly Playboy and ShuPlay NEWS. The latest anime adaptation, Kinnikuman: Kanpeki Chojin Shiso-hen, aired Season 1 from July to September 2024, Season 2 from January to March 2025, and a third season has already been announced.
Devil General Resurrection Festival Lineup
KUFC 47: Devil General (Original, Kanpeki Chojin Shiso-hen Damage Head)
This figure recreates the brutal final battle between Devil General and Strong the Budo at Ayers Rock from the Kanpeki Chojin Shiso-hen arc.
KUFC 48: Viking Man (Original)
Based on a reader-submitted design, Viking Man first appeared in Weekly Shonen Jump 1983 issue No. 9. The initial version was altered the following week by Yudetamago, making this a one-shot “phantom” early appearance of the Devil General.
KUFC 49: Devil General (Original, Kanpeki no Mask Ver.)
This figure features the iconic mask formed by combining the gold “Battle Mask” and the silver “Peace Mask,” often called the “Gold-Silver Mask” by fans. It appears in the final episode of the Golden Mask arc, when Devil General, defeated by Suguru, is moved by the friendship of the justice choujins and merges with Silvarman and the Silver Mask to revive all the injured fighters.
KUFC 47: Devil General 1.5 (Original)
Based on the cover of Kinnikuman Jump Comics volume 46, this version is further refined to match Nakai Yoshinori’s art of Devil General from the Kanpeki Chojin Shiso-hen. It depicts the Devil General advancing into the choujin graveyard “Saintly Perfect Mountain (Mont Saint-Parfait)” from chapter 73 of volume 46.
Kinnikuman Soldier Joins the Fight
As part of the Resurrection Festival, the KUFC series introduces its first Kinnikuman Soldier: the KUFC 02 Kinnikuman Soldier Original High Grade Senshi no Kikan Ver. This figure features careful gradient paintwork.
