Bandai’s official online store Premium Bandai has opened pre-orders for a set of adorable plushie charm keychains featuring characters from the currently airing anime series Meitantei Pretty Cure! (also known as TanPri).
The Pretty Cure franchise began with Futari wa Pretty Cure in 2004 and has since become a long-running original TV anime series. Each year, the series adopts new themes and motifs, following ordinary girls who transform into the legendary warriors Pretty Cure to protect their everyday lives and grow through bonds with their friends.
Now in its 23rd installment, Meitantei Pretty Cure! tells the story of 14-year-old junior high school student Akechi Anna, who is guided by a mysterious power and time-slips from the present day to 1999. There, she meets Kobayashi Mikuru, a girl her age who dreams of becoming a detective. Together, they transform into the “Meitantei Pretty Cure” to help those whose precious belongings have been stolen and to stand against the criminal organization “Phantom Thief Group Phantom.” Akechi Anna (Cure Answer) is voiced by Chiga Hikari, while Kobayashi Mikuru (Cure Mystic) is voiced by Hondo Kaede.
The new “Purinui Charm” keychains come in three varieties: Cure Answer, Cure Mystic, and Cure Arcana Shadow. Each plushie stands approximately 12 cm tall and comes with a chain, making it easy to attach to bags and carry around.
Each charm is priced at 2,090 yen (tax included). Pre-orders are open until Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 23:00 JST. Shipments are scheduled for July 2026. Interested fans can visit Premium Bandai to secure their orders.
