New figures of Maomao and Jinshi from the TV anime The Apothecary Diaries (Kusuriya no Hitorigoto) are now available in the OSHI WORKS series. Pre-orders are currently open at the hobby e-commerce site Amiami.
The Apothecary Diaries is set in the imperial court’s rear palace, following the story of a young girl, Maomao, who works as a “poison taster” and solves various mysterious incidents. The series has surpassed 45 million copies in cumulative circulation, making it a massively popular court mystery entertainment.
Anime Series Background
The first season of the TV anime aired from October 2023 to March 2024, and the second season ran from January to July 2025. Both seasons consistently ranked high on various streaming platforms, drawing significant attention. With the third TV anime season set to begin in October 2026 and a theatrical film scheduled for December of the same year, the franchise continues to gain momentum.
OSHI WORKS Series Features
The OSHI WORKS series is characterized by the volume typical of scale figures along with coloring expressions that bring out the charm of the characters.
