Demons’ Crest Anime Reveals Additional Cast, Staff, Opening Theme, and November 2026 Premiere

The Warner Bros. Japan panel at Anime Japan 2026 revealed additional cast, staff, a key visual, the opening theme, and a promotional video for the Demons’ Crest anime adaptation on Saturday. The anime, adapting Reki Kawahara‘s action fantasy light novel, begins streaming on Amazon Prime Video on November 6.

Voice actors Yuuya Hirose (Mato Seihei no Slave) and Satomi Amano (Tsue to Tsurugi no Wistoria) are joining the cast as Kenji Kondou and Minagi Sano, respectively.

Singer Ado (Spy x Family Season 2, One Piece Film: Red) is performing the opening theme “Shinka,” which is previewed in the promotional video.

Kenichirou Komaya (Hoshifuru Oukoku no Nina) is directing the anime at Production I.G. Eiji Umehara (Vivy: Fluorite Eye’s Song) is handling series composition, Yukiko Horiguchi (22/7) is designing the characters, and Yuuki Hayashi (Tsue to Tsurugi no Wistoria) and Naoyuki Chikatani (Yuusha Party wo Tsuihou sareta Beast Tamer, Saikyoushu no Nekomimi Shoujo to Deau) are composing the music.

Kawahara (Sword Art Online) began publishing the light novel with illustrations by Yukiko Horiguchi (Kokoro Connect) under Kadokawa’s Dengeki Bunko imprint in November 2022. The fourth volume was released on December 10 last year. A webtoon adaptation drawn by TOmoe began serialization on Akatsuki’s HykeComic platform in November 2022, and Kadokawa published the first volume in June 2024. Yen Press licensed the light novel in English in January 2024 and shipped the third volume in December 2025.
