A new specialty store dedicated to the popular “Pokémon Tokyo Banana” collaboration is set to open on July 17, 2026, at Tokyo Station. The store, named “Pokémon Tokyo Banana Tokyo Station” Tokyo Gift Palette location, will offer a range of Pokémon-themed Tokyo Banana products, and to celebrate the opening, an exclusive eco-bag set featuring the adorable Pikachu design will go on sale first at this location.
The star product is the “Pikachu Tokyo Banana ‘Found it!’ Banana-only Flavor Eco-Bag Set.” This treat consists of a fluffy sponge cake baked with a cute Pikachu pattern, filled generously with a “Nana no mi”-style banana custard cream inspired by the berries that appear in the Pokémon world. The set includes an eco-bag designed after the Pikachu Tokyo Banana packaging, making it a compact and portable companion for daily shopping or outings.
The eco-bag is not sold separately. The set comes in two sizes: a 4-piece version for 1,680 yen (tax included) and an 8-piece version for 2,350 yen (tax included).
From July 17 to July 23, the set will be available exclusively at the new Tokyo Gift Palette store. Starting July 24, it will roll out to other locations, including various shops within JR Tokyo Station (such as Gransta Tokyo, HANAGATAYA Tokyo South, Tokyo Banana s, and Tokyo Banana Studio at Daimaru Tokyo), as well as Haneda Airport terminals, Shin Chitose Airport, and Tokyo Solamachi.
To mark the opening, customers who purchase any Pokémon Tokyo Banana product at participating stores will receive a free “Pokémon Tokyo Banana Flake Sticker Sheet” while supplies last (one per transaction).
Additionally, the official Tokyo Banana X (formerly Twitter) account (@tokyobanana1991) is running a giveaway for five lucky winners. To enter, follow the account and repost the campaign post with the hashtag #ピカチュウ東京ばな奈エコバッグ during the entry period from July 17 to July 23. Winners will receive an 8-piece Pikachu Tokyo Banana eco-bag set.
A pop-up event will also be held at Omiya Station’s East-West connecting passage from August 4 to August 17, 2026.
