VIVANT and Sanrio Characters Collaborate for Unique Plushies and Pop-Up Shop in Tokyo

With the second season of the hit drama VIVANT set to premiere on July 26, 2026, a surprising collaboration with Sanrio characters has arrived. Exclusive plushies and merchandise are now available online and at a pop-up shop in Tokyo Station.

Sanrio Characters Reimagined as VIVANT Cast

The collaboration features a line of soft, squishy plushies called “munyugurumi,” each depicting a Sanrio character dressed as a key figure from the drama. Hello Kitty appears as Noguchi Yuusuke (played by Sakai Masato), wandering the desert of Balka. Hangyodon becomes Nozaki Mamoru (played by Abe Hiroshi), complete with a beard. My Melody is dressed as Yuki Kaoru (played by Nikaidou Fumi) in a white coat. Pompompurin transforms into Drum, the character voiced by Hayashibara Megumi via smartphone. Cinnamoroll takes on the role of Nokoru, the number two of the tent. Kuromi becomes Kurosu, Noguchi’s junior and a member of the separate squad. Each plushie comes with a carabiner clip, making them easy to attach to bags.

When the official VIVANT sub-account “Vivant-chan” on X (formerly Twitter) revealed the Hello Kitty and Hangyodon designs, fans quickly reacted with delight. Comments included “Cute! Nogiti!?”, “Kitty-chan suits the separate squad!”, “Nozagyodon?”, and “I definitely want one.”

Attention to detail is evident: Kitty’s chest badge is replaced with a ribbon, and the desert background is shaped like cat ears. Fans are eager to see the designs for Kaoru, Drum, Nokoru, and Kurosu.

Pop-Up Shop and Online Sales

A limited-time pop-up shop is open at Tokyo Station Character Street, G Staircase Wagon, from July 3 (Friday) to July 16 (Thursday), 2026. Hours are 10:00 to 20:30 (until 18:00 on the final day). In addition to the munyugurumi plushies, the shop sells stickers, keychains, T-shirts, and other merchandise. Online sales are also available via TBS Shopping, starting July 3 at 12:00. Some items are available for pre-order only; store sales for pre-order items will be announced separately. Purchase limits may apply to ensure more customers can buy.

Note that from July 6 (Monday) onward, numbered tickets may be distributed at the pop-up shop depending on congestion. After the pop-up shop ends, collaboration items will be gradually available at TBS Store (Tokyo Station) and other outlets. Details are subject to change without notice.

As the drama’s second season approaches, this collaboration offers fans a playful way to celebrate the series. The new season promises to deepen the mystery of “What is justice, and what is evil?”
