The summer anime Seihantai na Kimi to Boku Season 2 has released a synopsis and advance scene cuts for episode 14, titled “Fuyu no Yoru no Dilemma” (Winter Night’s Dilemma), which will begin airing on July 12, 2026 (Sunday).
Seihantai na Kimi to Boku is a romantic comedy based on the manga by Agawa Koucha, which was serialized in Jump+ until 2024. The series has sold over 2.1 million copies including digital editions and has won numerous manga awards. The story follows Suzuki, an always energetic girl who cares about how others see her, and Tani, a quiet boy who can firmly state his opinions. Despite being opposites, they respect each other and slowly deepen their understanding, along with their school life and friends.
The first season aired in January 2026 and garnered attention. For Season 2, the same team returns: director Nagatomo Kazutaka, series composition and animation producer Utsumi Teruko, character design by Miyakomako, and animation production by Lapin Track.
