The legendary absurdist gag battle anime Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo is coming to YouTube in full. All 76 episodes of the TV anime will be available for a limited-time streaming run on the Saikyou Jump Channel, starting with a premiere of episode 1 on July 23, 2026 at 20:00 JST.
About the Series
Based on the manga by Sawai Hiroo, Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo originally ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2001 to 2007. The series became a cult classic for its nonsensical humor and over-the-top battles. The 28-volume manga has sold over 7 million copies in total. The TV anime adaptation aired on TV Asahi for two years starting in 2003. In 2024, the first stage play was performed, and a second stage play is scheduled for 2026.
Streaming Schedule
To celebrate over 20 years since the manga’s debut, the Saikyou Jump Channel — which boasts over 400,000 subscribers — will host all 76 episodes. The first episode will premiere on July 23, 2026 at 20:00 JST. After that, two new episodes will be added each week, with each episode available for two weeks only.
The entire streaming period runs from July 23, 2026 at 20:00 JST to April 23, 2027 at 17:00 JST.
