Hi! Mckee and Sanrio Characters are teaming up for a special collaboration, with a pop-up event at RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK in Shibuya starting August 24, 2026. The event will feature limited-edition products designed with Pompompurin, Cinnamoroll, and Pochacco.
Hi! Mckee is the official character of Zebra’s long-selling oil-based marker “Hi-McKee,” designed to resemble the marker’s distinctive shape. Since the character’s debut in 2024, it has gained attention through merchandise and social media posts.
This marks the first collaboration between Hi! Mckee and Sanrio Characters. The products, including markers, eco bags, and stickers, are themed around “Hi! Mckee Town,” depicting Hi! Mckee and the Sanrio characters enjoying the city streets.
The limited-edition Hi-McKee Sanrio markers are priced at 220 yen each (tax included) and come in eight ink colors: black, blue, red, green, yellow, brown, pink, and purple.
In addition, a Mackee 50th Anniversary Pop-Up event will be held from August 24 to August 30 at RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK. Visitors can enjoy limited-edition Mackee products, a corner to create a one-of-a-kind Hi-McKee, a greeting time with the Hi! Mckee character, and a panel exhibition detailing the marker’s history.
