A new stamp collection featuring the school emblems from the anime Haikyuu!! has been released. The Haikyuu!! School Icon Stamp Collection is now on sale at the official FUNCO website.
Haikyuu!! is a manga by Furudate Haruichi that was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. It tells the story of high school boys dedicating their youth to volleyball. The TV anime began airing in 2014, and the film Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle was released on February 16, 2024. In 2027, the film Haikyuu!! VS The Little Giant featuring Karasuno High vs. Ougaku High, and the special anime Haikyuu!! Where the Monsters Go depicting the battle between Fukurodani Academy and Mujinaka High are scheduled for release.
The stamp collection was created in response to fan requests asking, “Can we have stamps that let us press the school icons, not just the characters?” With these stamps, fans can press the emblem of their favorite school and enjoy making their own team-themed goods.
The collection includes 20 different school icon designs. In addition to Karasuno High and Aoba Johsai High, the lineup features Nekoma High, Date Tech High, Shiratorizawa Academy, Fukurodani Academy, Inarizaki High, and other schools that appear in the anime.
Each stamp measures 25 mm square and is made of wood (MDF material) that fits comfortably in the hand, balancing practicality and collectibility. The stamp face uses high-definition rubber material, allowing it to be used on paper as well as on fabric and plastic products when used with separately sold multi-purpose ink.
