The beloved character KOUPENCHAN, known for its heartwarming affirmations of everyday life, is stepping into the world of cosmetics. A new collaboration with the brand MilleFée has produced the MilleFée KOUPENCHAN Makeup Puff Series, a line of four different makeup puffs designed to bring a little extra cheer to your daily routine.
KOUPENCHAN was created by illustrator Rurutea in 2017. The character’s gentle phrases—like “You went to work? Amazing!” or “You woke up in the morning? Great!”—have resonated with many people, offering a small but meaningful boost of positivity. Now, that same warm spirit is combined with MilleFée’s focus on functionality and ease of use in this new makeup puff series.
The series includes four types of puffs: a powder puff, a marshmallow puff, a cushion foundation puff, and a finger puff. Each is designed with materials that fit the skin and prioritize comfort. The powder puff features a soft, fluffy nap; the marshmallow puff works with both powder and liquid products; the cushion foundation puff is sized to fit most commercially available cushion foundations; and the finger puff is convenient for on-the-go touch-ups. All puffs are designed with wide straps for easy handling and pointed shapes that reach small areas, making daily makeup application smoother.
Each puff comes with an acrylic charm featuring a heartwarming line from KOUPENCHAN. The KOUPENCHAN Makeup Puff Complete Box (3,080 yen) includes all four puffs plus an acrylic mirror decorated with KOUPENCHAN artwork.
The individual puffs are priced at 880 yen each. The lineup includes:

The individual puffs will be available online from August 4, 2026 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM, with in-store sales beginning in early August 2026 (some stores excluded). The Complete Box will be sold online from August 28, 2026 (Friday) at 11:00 AM, and in stores from early September 2026 (some stores excluded).
