A new lineup of original Haikyuu!! goods featuring motifs from the series and childhood versions of beloved characters is heading to Lawson stores across Japan. The “Anime Haikyuu!! Lawson Minna de Gungun Campaign” will begin rolling out on August 11, 2026.
Haikyuu!! is the manga by Furudate Haruichi that was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. It follows high school boys pouring their youth into volleyball. The TV anime started in 2014, and the theatrical film Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle was released on February 16, 2024. In 2027, the film Haikyuu!! VS The Little Giant (featuring Karasuno vs. Kamomedai) and a special anime Haikyuu!! The Place Where the Monsters Go (covering Fukurodani vs. Mujinazaka) are scheduled.
During the campaign period, customers who purchase three eligible snacks at once will receive one original clear file (first-come, first-served, limited quantity). The illustration shows high school Kageyama, middle school Hinata, and elementary school versions of Oikawa, Iwaizumi, Kuroo, Kenma, Miya Atsumu, and Miya Osamu all drinking “Gungun Milk.”
Similarly, buying two eligible ice cream items will get you one original coaster (first-come, first-served, limited quantity). The same eight characters appear: high school Kageyama, middle school Hinata, and elementary school Oikawa, Iwaizumi, Kuroo, Kenma, Miya Atsumu, and Miya Osamu.
Select stores will also sell original products themed around the series and characters. The lineup includes gummy candies inspired by “Gungun Yogurt,” a “Korokoro Hi-Chew” with an original acrylic holder, and cookies that pop open to reveal Karasuno members.
In addition, original goods will be sold at storefronts. Acrylic stands featuring the same illustration used on the clear files and coasters will be available.
@Loppi and HMV&BOOKS online will offer exclusive original goods. Must-have items for fans include cute mini mascots, a large tapestry, towels, and a stainless steel tumbler & soft coaster set designed with “Gungun Milk,” “Gungun Yogurt,” and “Shimada Mart” motifs.
From August 11 (Tuesday) to August 17 (Monday), a repost campaign will run on the official Lawson X (Twitter) account. Follow the Lawson official X account, quote-repost the target post with the hashtag #ハイキューローソンみんなでぐんぐん, and one winner will receive an original QUO Card worth 10,000 yen.
Original items will also be sold via “Lawson Print.” This summer, keep an eye out for Haikyuu!! original goods and products available only at Lawson.
