The official website for the television anime adaptation of Saenal Park and Team Argo‘s Tempal: Item no Chikara (Overgeared) webtoon has revealed additional cast members, a second key visual, the theme songs, and a second promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere on October 2 at 11:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX and BS11.

Theme Songs
Japanese pop-rock band Re:name performs the opening theme “SATISFY.” Virtual singer TAO performs the ending theme “Ray of Emotion.” The opening theme is previewed in the second promotional video.
Staff
Ayako Kouno is directing the anime at J.C.Staff, with Kenta Ihara handling the series composition. Ryousuke Tanigawa is designing the characters, and Yoshiaki Fujisawa is composing the music.
Release and Background
Park originally wrote the action fantasy series as a web novel on Munpia from June to July in 2013 before halting for an official publication. The novel officially began serialization on Munpia in November 2014 and concluded in April 2024. Maru & Maya began publishing the novel with illustrations by HABAN in January 2014 and released the 96th and final volume in December 2024.
Team Argo began drawing the webtoon adaptation on KakaoPage in April 2020. Wuxiaworld and Tapas Media published the web novel digitally in English from October 2017 and September 2021, respectively. Tapas Media also began publishing the webtoon digitally in September 2021. Yen Press licensed the webtoon in English under its Ize Press imprint for physical release in April 2023. The seventh volume of the web novel went on sale on June 5. The 11th webtoon volume went on sale on August 18, and the 12th volume is scheduled for release on November 17.
