Universal Studios Japan (USJ) is celebrating its 25th anniversary with the return of its seasonal Halloween event, “Halloween Horror Night,” running from September 11 to November 8, 2026. This year, the park is pulling out all the stops with a special collaboration with the anime “Chainsaw Man” in the form of a new 4-D show, along with a host of themed food and merchandise.
Chainsaw Man The Chaos 4-D
The collaboration attraction, “Chainsaw Man The Chaos 4-D,” is a show experience that drops visitors into an original story where they encounter Denji, Hayakawa Aki, Power, and Kobeni as they battle the “Halloween Horror Night Devil” and its zombie army. Expect an intense, unpredictable fight that brings the anime’s signature chaos to life.
New Food and Drinks
Two playful new menu items inspired by the collaboration will be available from September 9. The “Chainsaw-man” is a keema curry-flavored steamed bun that boldly depicts Denji in his Chainsaw Man form. Meanwhile, the “Pochita’s Frozen Parfait” (orange & vanilla) features the adorable sight of Pochita digging through the cup, with his little rear end on display.
Exclusive Merchandise
From the same day, fans can pick up original goods, including a T-shirt with a powerful design of Chainsaw Man battling the Halloween Horror Night Devil, and a cute keychain featuring Pochita dressed as a mummy.
Biohazard Requiem Collaboration
In addition, the park is offering walk-around food items tied to the latest “Biohazard” title, “Biohazard Requiem,” which celebrates the franchise’s 30th anniversary. The horror maze “Biohazard Requiem: The Dive” is also part of the event, and these treats let guests taste the world of the game. Highlights include the Green Herb Recovery Croissant Dog with basil sauce and chicken, and Leon S. Kennedy’s Bitter Chocolate Churritos.
More Halloween Horror Night Highlights
This year also marks the 15th anniversary of Halloween Horror Night, and the park is introducing a first-ever “Zombie Bar” that opens after sunset, serving eerie cocktails themed around past zombies. There are also new food stalls styled after a high school festival run by zombie students, and special menu items that come with an original coaster design commemorating the 15th anniversary.
With so much to see, eat, and take home, USJ’s Halloween Horror Night promises a full autumn of thrills.
