The official website for the television anime adaptation of Q Nikumura’s Giant Ojousama manga has revealed the main cast, additional staff members, and a teaser promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere in January 2027.
Voice actors Yuu Serizawa (Otaku ni Yasashii Gal wa Inai!?) and Junya Enoki (Jujutsu Kaisen) will star as Oriko Fujidou and Dr. Sebastian, respectively.

Hiroshi Ikehata (Witch Watch) is directing the anime at Tatsunoko Production. Yuu Satou (Haite Kudasai, Takamine-san) is handling series composition and writing the script, while Hajime Mitsuda (Akiba’s Trip The Animation) is designing the characters.
Nikumura originally posted the manga on Shounen Jump+ web magazine’s Jump Rookie! section as an entry for the monthly award in December 2020. After a readers vote, it won the Bronze Rookie Award for that month. A total of four chapters were released by February 2021. Sunday Webry began serializing the action comedy manga in July 2021, and Shogakukan published the 12th volume on August 10.
