Serialization Concludes After 18 Years
The official X (formerly Twitter) account of Dengeki Maoh magazine announced that the Puchimas!: Petit iDOLM@STER spin-off manga will end with its 200th chapter in the issue released on December 25.
Akane began serializing the four-panel comedy manga in Dengeki Maoh in July 2008. The series is based on Bandai-Namco’s The iDOLM@STER franchise. Kadokawa published the 15th volume in December 2024, with the 16th and final volume scheduled for February 2027.
Adaptations and Related Works
A 64-episode net anime adaptation streamed from January to March 2013, followed by a 74-episode sequel from April to June 2014. An original video anime titled Fuyu→Kotatsu←Haru was released in March 2014. The tenth and eleventh limited edition manga volumes also included two OVA episodes in March and November 2018.
The original television anime produced by A-1 Pictures premiered in Summer 2011, followed by a special episode and three OVAs in June and October 2012. The animated feature The iDOLM@STER: Kagayaki no Mukougawa e! opened in Japan in January 2014.
