Yatogojin’s Return and Ramaga’s Hidden Plan
After the destruction god Yatogojin revived, Gai and the Samurai Troopers finally confronted the true enemy behind the conflict. But as a god, Yatogojin was not an ordinary opponent. He unleashed a blow that tore into the earth and terrified the people above.
The only remaining countermeasure for Gai and his allies was the golden "True Haouja." Gai donned it to fight Yatogojin, but Yatogojin overpowered him and reclaimed the Haouja armor. Just when the situation looked hopeless, Ramaga entered Yatogojin through the Haouja armor, intending to damage him from within.

The plan came from Sagume. She had seen through Inmei’s attempt to steal Shimei’s crystal and arranged for the stolen crystal to bring poison into Inmei’s body. Ramaga then hid inside the Haouja armor so that when Yatogojin wore it, Ramaga would enter him and release the poison. Viewers initially joked that Ramaga was relentless and that "Papa moves in too casually," but once the plan was explained, they praised Sagume as a strategist and called Ramaga a tsundere dad who cooperated in his own stubborn way.
Then messages of encouragement arrived. People on the ground, watching the final battle, sent their support to Gai and the others through the power of Ryou and the first-generation Samurai Troopers. Viewers compared the moment to Super Sentai and Ultraman Tiga as they cheered on the new generation of Samurai Troopers. The five heroes armed themselves and donned their armor once more. The Ten Warriors dwelling inside Gai played instruments and sang blank paper’s "YOAKE" as an anthem.

Fans were thrilled by the arming sequences and the unexpected Ten Warriors band. "This is the first-cour OP!" one viewer wrote, while others celebrated the live performance by the Ten Warriors. The final battle escalated further when Byakuen joined the fight. Gai, wearing Haouja, rode Byakuen in an action sequence reminiscent of the previous Yoroiden Samurai Troopers, and together they finally defeated Yatogojin.
Yet the finale’s last emotional turn was the father-son reckoning between Gai and Ramaga. Ramaga’s change had been caused by the evil influence of the Three Sacred Treasures. With that influence gone, Gai had no reason to finish him. Gai called Sagume "Mother" and Ramaga a "shitty old man." Viewers noted how much Gai had grown.

As the two faced each other, Moriguchi Hiroko’s "Samurai Heart," the latter opening theme of Yoroiden Samurai Troopers, began to play. Fans erupted with reactions like "Here? This song?" and "Samurai Heart is here!" The nostalgic song underscored the confrontation. Ramaga had once told Gai, "You protect. To live to protect someone precious—that is true strength." Gai’s heroic qualities owed much to the lessons Ramaga gave him long ago.

After the battle, the Samurai Troopers enjoyed the school trip promised to Shion in a peaceful world. Before that, Nasuti returned to DST, and Ryou, who had left DST, gave Gai the surname "Sanada." During the trip, Shion and Mirei watched over Gai and the others with warm gazes. Viewers said the ending made them cry, and one fan noticed that the balloons Ryuusei held at the amusement park were pink and purple, matching Mirei and Shion.
