MAYLA is bringing back its artistic ear objet collection inspired by the world of Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magika. The fashion brand, known for the catchphrase “body temperature rises by 2°C,” is accepting reservations for designs themed around Kaname Madoka, Akemi Homura, Tomoe Mami, Miki Sayaka, and Sakura Kyouko.

Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magika is an original anime that aired as a TV series in 2011 and became a major topic. It begins when ordinary second-year middle school student Kaname Madoka has a strange encounter, and tells a story of magical girls born from wishes. The series is directed by Shinbou Akiyuki, with scripts by Urobuchi Gen (Nitroplus) and original character designs by Aoki Ume.
The cute girls’ daily lives, the unpredictable suspense, and the world where girls and magical girls live earned high praise across many fields. This was helped by Shaft’s animation production, the avant-garde visuals of Gekidan Inu Curry, who handled otherworldly space design, and Kajiura Yuki’s dramatic BGM.
In 2012, the TV series was re-edited into two theatrical films: [Zenpen] Hajimari no Monogatari and [Kouhen] Eien no Monogatari. After these, [Shinpen] Hangyaku no Monogatari was released in 2013. It became the first late-night anime theatrical film to surpass 2 billion yen in box office revenue. The popularity has continued through comics, games, figures, and other merchandise.
The completely new film Gekijouban Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magika <Walpurgis no Kaiten>, a true sequel to Hangyaku no Monogatari and a new beginning, has been in theaters since August 2026. It has surpassed 2.1 billion yen in box office revenue and updated the series’ highest record.
MAYLA’s Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magika Iconic Ear Objet ~Complete Set~ is a collection that artistically expresses the world of the work. Three patterns are available for both piercings and earrings, and buyers can choose their preferred set from the colors for Kaname Madoka, Akemi Homura, Tomoe Mami, Miki Sayaka, and Sakura Kyouko.

The “SOUL GEM” design is based on the Soul Gem, the proof of being a magical girl and the source of magical power. A ribbon in the character’s image color decorates the top, giving it a refined presence despite its small size.

The “ORIGINAL” design packs each character’s symbol together with MAYLA’s interpretation and worldview into an original design. The beauty and loveliness of the magical girls are expressed artistically. Purchases also come with four limited postcards per item in the same color as the selected set.
Kaname Madoka [KM]
Each product arrives in a collaboration-limited original box. The front features a cute Kyuubee face, while the inside is densely packed with the dark worldview of the witches’ minions. A luxurious gold-frame display frame is included, so the item can be enjoyed like an art piece.
