In the new episode, Inomata Taiki is excited for his long-awaited date with Shikano Chinatsu.
The two enjoy shopping together and spend a happy time.
But the atmosphere changes completely when Matsuoka Kazuma, a senior from the boys’ basketball club, shows up.
The forceful Matsuoka leads the pair around, leaving them at his mercy.
After a series of twists and turns, they end up going to a certain place.

About Ao no Hako
Ao no Hako is a youth club love story by Miura Kou, serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump from April 2021 to July 2026. The manga follows earnest characters who throw themselves into their club activities while carrying their own feelings, and it delicately depicts the subtleties of the heart when someone falls in love. It continues to captivate many readers.
Season 1 Success and Season 2 Staff
The TV anime’s Season 1 aired on TBS from October 2024 to March 2025 and gained support across generations. It was also streamed worldwide simultaneously and won the Best Romance award at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2025, drawing a major response overseas. Season 2 begins a new shining season for Taiki, Chinatsu and the others, with director Sakou Daisuke at the helm and animation production by Electric Circus.
