Pompompurin and Shinjuku Takashimaya Times Square Celebrate 30 Years with a Special Collaboration!

Get ready for an adorable collaboration! Pompompurin, Sanrio’s beloved golden retriever with a signature brown beret, is teaming up with Shinjuku Takashimaya Times Square to celebrate their respective 30th anniversaries. From May 8 (Friday) to June 6 (Saturday), 2026, fans can pick up exclusive merchandise at a pop-up shop, participate in a stamp rally, and enjoy other fun, pudding-themed events.

Pompompurin POP UP SHOP – Grab Exclusive Goods

The Pompompurin POP UP SHOP will be open from May 8 (Friday) to May 19 (Tuesday) on the 4th floor of Shinjuku Takashimaya, in front of the escalator near the Hands store. Here you’ll find a lineup of collaboration items exclusive to this event, as well as Pompompurin’s 30th anniversary goods. Expect mini totes, flat pouches, acrylic keychains, and more – all designed with the special anniversary in mind.

Free Original Shopper (While Supplies Last)

Starting the same day (May 8), shoppers at Shinjuku Takashimaya (from B1F to 11F) can receive a free original shopper bag when they spend 2,000 yen or more (tax included) in a single transaction. This one-of-a-kind design celebrates the collaboration – but hurry, it’s first-come, first-served and will end as soon as stocks run out.

Stamp Rally – Hunt for Pompompurin!

Explore Shinjuku Takashimaya Times Square and track down Pompompurin in a fun stamp rally! Collect stamps at designated spots around the mall. The original stamp rally sheet will be given (first-come, first-served) to customers who spend 3,000 yen or more (tax included) either at the Sanrio shop on the 9th floor or at the Pompompurin POP UP SHOP on the 4th floor. The rally starts on May 8 and runs while supplies last.

Sticker Giveaway at Restaurants Park

From May 13 (Wednesday), diners at the 12th to 14th floor Restaurants Park can get a free original sticker with every purchase of 1,000 yen or more (tax included). There are three different designs, handed out at random. Don’t miss this chance to add a little Pompompurin flair to your collection!

Photo Spot – Meet the Lounging Pudding

From May 13 (Wednesday) to June 6 (Saturday), a special photo spot will appear at the entrance of the 13th-floor Terrace White Garden (next to “Cesto Senso”). Here you can snap pictures with Pompompurin and his friends – Muffin, Scone, and Bagel – all taking it easy and enjoying a lazy day. Perfect for a cute commemorative shot!

Pompompurin Special Stage

On May 31 (Sunday), a Pompompurin Special Stage will be held at the JR Entrance special venue (outdoors) on the 1st floor of Shinjuku Takashimaya. (Part of the seating is reservation-only.) Details on the schedule will be announced later on the Shinjuku Takashimaya website. This is a highlight of the anniversary celebration – stay tuned!
