Sanrio character Kuromi is collaborating with hotels and wedding venues across 7 cities and 8 locations for the “KUROMI Summer Sweets Party Afternoon Tea.” It will be available on specific dates from June 13 (Saturday) to August 31 (Monday), 2026.
Kuromi, a self-proclaimed rival of My Melody, is a popular character known for her black hood and pink skull charm. In this collaboration, she appears dressed as a sparkling cupid with wings, welcoming guests.

There are six types of sweets in total. The lineup includes the “Kuromi’s Greedy Acai Verrine,” a non-alcoholic red wine and acai verrine adorned with a cute pick of Kuromi as cupid, and the “Loving Cupid’s Peach Mousse,” which hides a red peach jelly shaped like her wings, offering a visually fun menu.

Other items include the “Tiara Dressed-Up Coconut Panna Cotta,” a coconut panna cotta with sparkling tiara and two-color butterfly pea jelly, and the “Kuromi’s Heart-Throbbing Cookie Sandwich,” featuring a cute silhouette. The charming lineup features lavender and pale pink colors.

There are three kinds of savories. A creamy “Cauliflower Cold Soup” lightly tinted pink with beets, a “Hamburg and Wheat Bread Crostini” with juicy hamburg and tangy cassis mustard, and a “Japanese Chicken Breast and Red Shiso Meri-Melo” with moist chicken and summer-like red shiso.

There are also abundant additional options and special menu items. Add a lavender-hooded Kuromi marshmallow with a surprisingly squishy texture.

A “Kuromi’s Love Charm Drink” that sparkles with magic when stirred, and a “Midsummer Love Color Parfait ~ Refreshing Sour Yogurt and Kuromi’s Magic ~” featuring a cupid Kuromi peeking out from a heart meringue. It combines non-alcoholic white wine jelly, seasonal blueberries, and refreshing yogurt ice cream.

The “Kuromi’s White Peach Shortcake ~ Enchanting Lavender Color ~” is a shortcake generously using juicy white peaches, with an elegant sweetness and peach aroma. It is decorated with a Kuromi cookie in a lavender hood.

The “Salsiccia and Summer Vegetable Pasta ~ Refreshing Lemon Aroma ~” is a colorful oil pasta with flavorful salsiccia and summer vegetables. The finish is accented with a refreshing lemon aroma.

Each afternoon tea set includes an original Kuromi placemat and menu card. The special drink comes with an original Kuromi coaster (limited quantity, first-come-first-served while supplies last), and ordering the special dessert set includes an original Kuromi sticker (limited quantity).

It’s like being invited to a secret tea party hosted by Kuromi. Enjoy this photogenic, “adult cute” afternoon tea.
