New Yamabushi no Nagayoshi Visual Released for Touken Ranbu ICE BLADE Ice Show; Ticket Lottery Opens May 29

The production committee for the ice show Touken Ranbu – ICE BLADE – has unveiled a new original character visual: Yamabushi no Nagayoshi: Image on Ice ver.. The event will take place on October 3 and 4, 2026 at the National Yoyogi Stadium First Gymnasium.

This special illustration, drawn exclusively for the performance by the original staff of Touken Ranbu ONLINE, depicts Yamabushi no Nagayoshi—a tachi forged by the Bizen Osafune school swordsmith Nagayoshi during the Nanboku-cho period. On the silver ice, he carries his sharp blade with unwavering pride as the original song, carving a “supreme moment.” The visual captures the speed and presence of figure skating, with ice spray glittering around him as he glides.

Touken Ranbu ONLINE is a sword-training simulation game that has surpassed 14 million cumulative users. Players become “Saniwa” (guardians) who lead sword warriors (Touken Danshi) transformed from famous blades into human form, gathering and raising eight types of swords—tanto, wakizashi, uchigatana, tachi, odachi, naginata, yari, and ken—to form their own squads and conquer various battlefields.

It is noted that this visual is an image illustration; the actual performance will feature a more specialized skating costume. Furthermore, details of the show and the start of ticket lottery reservations are scheduled for Friday, May 29, 2026.
