Heroine? Saint? No, I’m an All Works Maid! (Proud!) Anime Starts July 1, 2026; Ono Yuki, Horie Shun, Nakamura Shugo Join Cast

The TV anime adaptation of the light novel series “Heroine? Saint? No, I’m an All Works Maid! (Proud!)” (original Japanese title: 「ヒロイン?聖女?いいえ、オールワークスメイドです(誇)!」) is set to premiere on July 1, 2026, as announced by the production committee. Alongside the broadcast details, a new main visual and main PV have been unveiled, revealing additional cast members: Ono Yuki, Horie Shun, and Nakamura Shugo. The artists for the opening and ending theme songs have also shared their comments.

The series, published by TO Books and also serialized as a manga, is a “misunderstanding job fantasy” created by Atekichi. The story takes place in the otome game world of “The Silver Saint and the Five Oaths,” which is destined to be threatened by a demon lord. The heroine (saint) Melody, who is supposed to save the world, instead dedicates all her abilities to being a perfect all‑works maid at the Ruttlesburg estate. With the saint missing and the scenario thrown into chaos, what will become of the world?

The main visual features the catchphrase: “Cleaning, laundry, world salvation… All a maid’s job!” It depicts Melody at the center, surrounded by the main characters, each with distinct expressions and costumes, raising anticipation for the series.

The main PV offers a preview of the opening theme song “Madual Heart” and the ending theme song “Handmade.” The newly announced cast includes Ono Yuki as Rectias Flode, Horie Shun as Beuk, and Nakamura Shugo as the Demon Lord. All three provided comments about their roles.

Cast Comments

Ono Yuki (as Rectias Flode)

Rectias, often called Lect, is a guard knight serving Count Regimbals, searching for the count’s daughter. This leads into the core of the story. I did my best to portray his chivalrous demeanor, and Okubo Rumi (Luciana) said I had a true “knight voice” – a happy honor! Look forward to that knight voice, and of course to the all‑works maid!

Horie Shun (as Beuk)

If you had the power of a saint, what would you do? World domination? Mind control? Vicious revenge? I understand; I feel the same. But our protagonist uses that power to perfect the mansion as a maid. I am playing a character that brings dark clouds into this world. Please look forward to it.

Nakamura Shugo (as the Demon Lord, and ending theme artist)

As cast: I’m the Demon Lord! He’s not that scary (just a little at first). I voiced him with intense tsukkomi in mind. Melody is just too strong. The show is cute and has touching moments – pure. I also perform the ending song “Handmade,” so please listen to that too! Definitely watch the anime!!

As artist: I wrote, composed, and sang the ending theme “Handmade” for this anime – I’m delighted! I packed the pop and cuteness of the series into the song. The chorus is designed to be catchy so you can sing along. I hope you’ll all sing it with me. And absolutely watch the anime! Right!

Miyamoto Yume (as Melody Wave)

When I first saw the lyrics sheet, I was shocked to see “RAP” written on it! (laughs) I was surprised at first, but after hearing the song I was completely convinced. It turned into a super cute rap! I listen to songs with rap parts often, so I put my heart into it. The playful back‑and‑forth between Melody and Luciana is perfectly woven into the music. I’m excited about the final result and I’m singing with anticipation. It’s a song I want people to hear in full, not just the TV size. Please look forward to it!

Okubo Rumi (as Luciana Ruttlesberg)

The opening theme is a duet between Luciana and Melody. I was curious what kind of song it would be – and the A‑melody turned out to be rap! (laughs) But it’s more like dialogue than rap, and with high notes in the chorus, it’s peppy and cute. Since I recorded while listening to Miyamoto Yume’s voice, I felt led by Melody. She always helps Luciana – that’s an all‑works maid for you! Please enjoy our well‑matched opening duet!
