A festival featuring character live content utilizing 3D models from Japan’s leading anime, games, and VTubers, titled “ANICUL SONIC 2025” and bearing the SONIC name, has been announced for August 23rd and August 24th, 2025.
Popular series like Idolmaster SideM -F＠NTASTIC COMBINATION LIVE- (known as M-Masu), Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ ALL STAR STAGE -Dramatic Magical Story- (UtaPri), and Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- HYPED-UP (HypMai) will gather at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Halls 9, 10, and 11 in Chiba.
Among Japan’s iconic summer music festivals, “SUMMER SONIC” is renowned both domestically and internationally, known as a representative Japanese summer festival with a global reach. “ANICUL SONIC 2025”, organized by SUMMER SONIC, will be a festival where character live content utilizing 3D models from Japan’s premier anime, games, and VTubers will perform together.

For Idolmaster SideM -F＠NTASTIC COMBINATION LIVE-, representative units from the 49 idols across all 16 units belonging to 315 Production will appear. This includes High×Joker & Café Parade, FRAME & Mofumofu En, and Jupiter & F-LAGS. Get ready for passionate stages from these idols! (Note: These stages are preview performances of “315 Production presents F＠NTASTIC COMBINATION LIVE ～ PINATATIME!!/CHOCOFFICERANGER!!/AtoZto!!～”, each approximately 60 minutes long).
Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ ALL STAR STAGE -Dramatic Magical Story-
In Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ ALL STAR STAGE -Dramatic Magical Story-, a joint live performance will be delivered by idol groups “ST☆RISH” and “QUARTET NIGHT” from Shining Agency, and idol group “HE★VENS” from Raging Entertainment. With the concept of “Dramatic Magical Story”, they will transport you into a world woven by music. (Note: This stage is a re-edited version of the 3D LIVE “Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ ALL STAR STAGE -Dramatic Magical Story-“, approximately 60 minutes long. No new content has been added).
Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- HYPED-UP
For Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- HYPED-UP, in addition to songs re-performed from past *HYPED-UP* series, the latest songs from each team featured in the movie Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- will be performed in a medley format. (Note: The content of the 3 stages they appear on will be the same).
