The official website for Clevatess II: Majuu no Ou to Itsuwari no Yuusha Denshou (also known as Clevatess Season 2) announced additional cast members, the opening theme song, and a third promotional video on Tuesday. The second season will premiere on July 8 at 10:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by other channels.
Joining the cast are Sugita Tomokazu (known for JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken) as Laswell and Han Megumi (known for Hunter x Hunter (2011)) as Zavthier.
Singer-songwriter Maeshima Mayu (Isekai Ojisan) returns to perform the opening theme "Foreshadow," which is featured in the new promotional video.
The anime is produced by Lay-Duce. The first season, which adapts Iwahara Yuji's action fantasy manga, aired in Summer 2026 and was streamed by Crunchyroll with subtitles and dubs.
Iwahara began the manga on LINE Manga in August 2020. Kadokawa started serializing it under its Alive+ magazine on ComicWalker in July 2024, and published the 12th volume on April 28. The 13th volume is due on July 28. Yen Press licensed the manga in English on February 16 and will release the first volume on August 25.
