Earphones with 250+ Newly Recorded Voices
Lycoris Recoil is the directorial debut of Shingo Adachi, known for character design and chief animation direction on popular series like Sword Art Online and the Working!! series. The story follows the carefree optimist Chisato Nishikigi and the cool, efficiency-focused Takina Inoue as they work as agents for the secret crime prevention organization Direct Attack (DA).
These fully wireless earphones feature over 250 completely new voice lines from the five members of Café Lycorico. In addition to the original design of the earphones and packaging, the set includes an exclusive hot chocolate parfait-shaped soft pouch.
The base model is the AVIOT “TE-V1R,” the latest in the popular V series (over 250,000 units shipped cumulatively). It improves on the previous TE-D01v with up to 19 hours of playback on the earphones alone, or up to 62 hours with the charging case. Adaptive hybrid noise canceling automatically adjusts the noise suppression level according to the environment. A hybrid dual driver 2.0 system using two drivers delivers powerful expression, and the earphones support LDAC for high-resolution audio and wireless charging, making this a high-grade model that combines sound quality and functionality.
Voice Modes
In addition to voice guidance that announces power on/off and connection status, the earphones include “random voice” lines replicating memorable lines from the series – over 250 newly recorded in total. There are individual voice modes for each of the five Café Lycorico members, plus two types of conversation modes for Chisato Nishikigi and Takina Inoue: a Relax mode based on daily life scenes and a Commando mode based on mission or serious scenes. The earphones also feature a conversation mode between Kurumi and Mizuki Nakahara, and a “Café Lycorico” mode with all five characters. All nine voice modes can be switched at any time via the dedicated AVIOT Connect app.
Design and Packaging
The earphones are designed to reflect the world of Lycoris Recoil while being easy to use in daily life. The charging case has a simple ivory-based color scheme, and the earphones feature red and blue icons on the left and right sides, symbolizing the series.
The packaging uses a completely new, specially drawn illustration featuring Chisato and Takina in a watercolor style – a design that fans will want to display even without the earphones.
Exclusive Pouch and Other Goods
The collaboration-exclusive hot chocolate parfait-shaped soft pouch comes with a carabiner, allowing you to attach it to a bag with the earphones inside. An acrylic stand and can badge using the new illustration are also available for pre-order.
