Re:Zero 4th Season Retrieval Arc Visual Revealed; Emilia’s ‘Stay Alive～Regain～’ Special Video Released

The official visual for the Retrieval Arc of Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu 4th season has been unveiled, along with a special singing video of Emilia (CV: Takahashi Rie) performing “Stay Alive～Regain～.” Additionally, new details for the 10th anniversary special event have been announced.

Originally serialized on the novel submission site “Shousetsuka ni Narou” in April 2012, Re:Zero is a fantasy light novel series by Nagatsuki Tappei, published in book form by MF Bunko J since January 2014. The story follows Natsuki Subaru, a boy suddenly summoned to another world who gains the power of “Return by Death,” allowing him to rewind time upon death as he faces cruel fate. The worldwide series has surpassed 16 million copies in print and digital combined. Directed by Shinohara Masaharu and animated by WHITE FOX, the 4th season consists of the Loss Arc (11 episodes) and the Retrieval Arc (8 episodes).

With the broadcast of the Loss Arc now complete, the Retrieval Arc visual has been released. The 8-episode arc will begin airing on 21 stations nationwide starting Wednesday, August 12. Next week, a special two-week program titled “TV Anime ‘Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu’ 4th Season Loss Arc Completion Special! in Tottori Sand Dunes” will air, featuring a luxurious cast and recorded with cooperation from Tottori Prefecture, which is currently running a collaboration campaign.

Furthermore, a special singing video of Emilia’s song “Stay Alive～Regain～” has been released. The song was featured in episode 11 (episode 77) of the 4th season, titled “Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu.” Takahashi Rie, the voice of Emilia, stepped up to the microphone for the first time since the 1st season, singing with the feelings she holds now after 10 years. The result is a special video that captures the warmth of the current Emilia.

As the 9th of the 10 major projects celebrating the TV anime’s 10th anniversary, the “Luxury Cast & Artist Special Event” has been given a title: “TV Anime ‘Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu’ 10th Event – Starlight Party -.” This event will bring together a record 12 cast members from the 1st through 4th seasons, the largest gathering to date.
